I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied for the 2018 flight attendant position on 10/16/17. On 10/17/17 I got an email stating my application was being forwarded. On 10/18/17 I got an email for an video interview which I had 5 days to complete. Yesterday I did the interview. I did horrible on my first question but my other 4 I did pretty well. They move faster than what I thought, it literally only took 2 days to get a video interview invitation. I would definitely practice the questions before starting. I'm now waiting for an response, hopefully I move forward to the next round.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was smooth and the face to face interview was very intensive but all the interviewers were very friendly and they made everybody feel comfortable and specially group discussion was fun.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2018
Interview
Online video interview – it took about an hour for me to complete. I applied for flight attendant about a week ago, received an email a few days later to complete a video interview within 3 days. After I completed the online interview, I received an email saying that the recruiting team would view the video and contact me via email for further steps. Fingers crossed that I get a F2F interview.
