      Accepted offer
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines

      Interview

I had a phone interview with a recruiter that consisted of a discussion over my resume and information about the position. Then I was supposed to go to Houston to interview in person, but I could not make it to Houston during the week. Instead, they were flexible and I was able to interview over Skype. The interview was with two engineers and one person from HR. The questions were all behavioral, answers in STAR format, and overall the entire process was a positive experience.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Jul 2014

      Interview

Applied online and got a phone call a couple weeks later informing me that I got a phone interview. The phone interview was with someone from HR and was all behavioral and fairly easy. About a week late I got a call saying that I got a second, on site interview in Houston. This interview was with three engineers. They asked some questions that were technical in nature, but mostly just about things on my resume and stuff involving team dynamics.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

If they have a 737, a 757, and a 777 in for maintenance, which is priority number one?
