I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied on line and within a week I received the email to take the video interview, answering 5 questions.
Glass Door helped me a lot with the questions. Then after another week they invited me to the F2F. There were some awesome people applying and the workers are very nice as well. Show personality and enthusiasm, but they also need the experience and availability. A week later I got an email saying I was not selected and I can try again in 6 months.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
