I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online to become a Flight Attendant. After I submitted my application I was emailed shortly after that I would be receiving an email on the status. I met the qualifications and was sent a link for a online video interview. I did my best to prepare for this interview because this was my first ever virtual interview. They give you up to 5 days to submit the interview. I gave my interview on the 5ht day, but prior to taking the interview I did do some research. The interview online was a bit intimidating, I am usually very confident, but during some questions it was difficult for me to get the point across. However, I think I did okay and now am waiting for a confirmation email on whether or not I will get a face to face interview.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
