The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unilever (Hanoi) in Dec 2017
Interview
There were several steps from scanning your CV, taking logical test and then telephone interview with agency. Then if you pass, you will take a test in which you go to the field, do research of around 100 groceries, convenience stores in an assigned area of your city in 1 week. After that, you will have to present your report to head of the team, HR...
They changed the time of the final round 2 times. And the procedure is not consolidated. There were 3 interview rooms. In one room, they announced if you failed or passed right after the presentation. In the other 2 rooms, they didn't announce the result right away and we had to wait for around 3 hours, after all groups completed.
And the final thing is it is said that Unilever bring equal job opportunities to everyone but it seems NOT. They prefer hire man than woman. And there was a group of 3 girls, which was said that did great job but was not chosen because they feel the girls was too gentle for the job. Quite disappointed!
They should have mentioned in the job description that they preferred man in advance.
