Interview
2 rounds of interview. First round was with Line Manager. It was competency based but also had a mini activity. The brief was shared with me a few days before the call for me to prepare some slides. It was around delivering a learning program.
The second interview was with the team director and was also competency based.

Question 1
Basic competency questions, but had some leadership questions as this was a manager role.
