Interview
A couple of online games- personality tests, simple math, and Hirevue. Then an online interview with around 6 other applicants. You start with a group case study that lasts around 30 min, then go into a 1 on 1 behavioral interview.

Why Unilever, a lot of questions about Unilever's values, favorite Unilever product, etc.
SuperDay. Was 3 interviews with a group case study. Case study isn't hard if you have a good group. Try to take initiative. The three interviews felt repetitive. They were reading off a script.
the interviewers are very nice and chill, the interviewers were very attentive, and questions asked were more situational and behavorial. I ended up getting rejected for the role, due to lack of experience

What is the product of unilever that you like and hate the most and why?
It is very smooth and friendly vibe. All your common marketing interview questions like what is your most liked campaign and why, what is your belief and at the end "do you consider yourself as a lucky person?"
