it started with the initial recruiter phone interview, then you meet with line managers for different departments to find the best fit. once the best fit is found, they give you a verbal offer and once all of that was done, onboarding. roughly took a month

I have an employment gap and she kept asking about why I didn't work in the last period. Then told me she will refer my cv to another entry level because they need in this job experienced one although they mentioned that they don't need experienced one.
