I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Unilever (South Burlington, VT) in Mar 2019
Interview
Lengthy! I went through 6 stages of interviewing. Questions varied at the different levels. The first four were phone interviews and 2 were onsite interviews. The recruiter took a very long time to get back to me in between interviews and never communicated the final decision.

Pretty Average experience
A few situational HR based questions were ask
Relevant field questions were also asked
Semi Technical questions were asked
Hardly 20-30 minutes long
You must know everything on your CV
First interview with HR - general things.
Second interview with Brand Manager
Third - present a NPD idea based on a set of requirements and withing a specific structure.
Generally an easy one but the overall hiring process was very disorganised and dehumanised.
The interview process was straight forward and short, but the hiring manager finally sent me a copy and pasted rejection email 3 weeks later than she told me I'd hear back by. Extremely unconstructive feedback given, overall a really poor experience.
