I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Sheffield, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
The online interview was bit awkward for me because it was the recorded video instead of talking to the real person on the other end. The interview consists of a few scenario-based question (eg if this happened, what would you do?). There were no competency questions but more of how would you approach the problems. Overall good experience but still waiting to hear back from them.

they will give different scenarios and asked how would you approach the issues.
WELL ORGANISED interview process. The panel was diverse. The questions asked were as per the relevant field of study and experience - past companies and study and field of studies.
It took the whole day. Company offered no travel compensation, even for people who had to travel from abroad, only a sad goodie bag. The ridiculous role-play activities lasted for the whole day. Waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Manchester, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had a video interview which consisted of 3 scenario based questions and one question about the company. I had one minute to read the question and think of an answer and 3 minutes to answer the question however I didn't get multiple attempts to answer the question.
