Applied online, then had a telephone interview and passing this I then had a half-day assessment day. The assessment day involved an individual case study task, a group task and an individual interview.

Thorough. Obviously put premium on people who are eloquent or articulate. The managers and interviewers want to see vibrant personalities, and go-getting mindsets, especially in sales and marketing, particularly within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

The interview date was determined and I interviewed with the responsible HR on that day, and the process was easy to meet and the interview questions were easy and manageable.
