1 hr telephone interview, followed by assessment day at their office. Run through a case study as a team and deliver your results. Followed by 2 rounds of interviews, one with head of HR, one with a manger from another division. Run through items on CV in both interviews
Planned and organized, friendly management n overall good experience.
2 stage interview process and feedback is thorough and clear.
Quick overall process from applying to being made an offer. Had the opportunity to visit the factory site to get better insights and overall feel of my place of work. Was exciting to see how products are manufactured.
