      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Chennai) in Oct 2016

      Interview

First stage - shortlisting based on your CGPA (probably top 15 from a campus). Further process was done in their regional office ( mine was Chennai). There we first had pre-placement talk. Second stage- Group discussion on topic given by them( we got a problem statement and we as group has to come up with a solution). Group consists of 8-10 members and time allotted is 30 mins. After the completion of GD, selected candidates will for PI. Third stage - Personal interview both technical and HR is taken in one interview. But for me it was more technical. Then results would announced after 1-2 weeks through your placement cell. Overall process was smooth and had a good experience. Hospitality at their office was very good.
