I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UniFirst in May 2017
Interview
Phone screen with Regional Sales Manager. In person interview with Branch and General Manager. Video Conference interview with RSM and Regional Vice President and finally a phone call (not interview - just expectations of the position) with the VP of Sales and Marketing. The Video Conference with the RSM and RVP was the most intense. Plenty of "tell me about a time when" style questions, but the RVP asked very direct questions that made me defend my answers. Be prepared to stand up for yourself if you make it to that point. It can be intense. At all levels, they pretty much want to make sure you're a good fit and that you will stick around.

Question 1
How did you find this job (and variations of why do you want to work here)
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at UniFirst
Interview
Interview process was great until the end. Never received any call back for denial. Tried to follow up just for feedback and was completely ignored. You would think a company of their size would have a better denial process in place instead of ghosting candidates that made it far in the process.
