I applied for The Creative & Design summer league position starting October. They sent me an e-mail saying, That I have made round 1 and I was required to fill in a google document (answering questions) and uploading my recent portfolio on dropbox (took around 1 hour). A couple of weeks later, I was asked to perform an interview on Hire Vue (which most big corporations are currently using, to speed up the process since a lot of applicants apply to these kind of jobs). The interview consisted of answering 7-9 questions. The questions were not difficult, although the content was the most important part to provide since you are only interacting with the web cam. They were general questions, mostly about team work, problem solving and work ethic. I did my last interview in early January and now I am currently still waiting for the last round of interview. I heard it takes quite some time to process. if you did not hear from them yet, it means you are still considered for a position, just be patient.
