Applied online on Under Armour website. A couple weeks later, I received an email asking me to record an interview via HireVue. You were given time to prepare after each question, then recorded your response. The questions themselves were pretty standard, but using HireVue was difficult. Never interacted with anyone personally, only interview was through me recording myself.
