I applied online and after a few weeks I got an email asking me to complete a virtual interview on a website called Hirevue. There were 7 or 8 questions that were pre-recorded and read by an Under Armour employee. I had one minute to form an answer and either 3 or 4 minutes to respond depending on the question. There were also some practice questions that you could choose to complete before you start the interview.
HireVue - a video interview where the questions are pre-recorded & then you answer shortly after. You have about 5 questions you go through before the interview is over

Interview
It was very long. A lot of waiting to hear back after online interview. After about 1-2 months post interview they emailed me telling me I did not get the internship.

Online application. Web interview, around 6 question, last around 45 minutes. Most of them are common behavior question. Overall it was a great experience. It's been a while but I did not receive any response yet.
