It was a 3-round interview process. First a screening with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager. Next it was a video interview on WebEx with 6 people, including the hiring manager again. It was pretty arduous as I had to take a day off for the interviews. You speak with everyone for 30 minutes to get a feel of who you’d be working with. I received a rejection a week later. They went with someone with a different type of experience, even though they asked me nothing of the sort. A lot of behavioral-based questions. Know how your experience is relevant to the position you’re applying for but still add in a few other perks you may have.
Overall, not a bad experience.
