      Interview

Applied Online, Got an email from a HR to set up a phone screen a few weeks later. 15-20 minute conversation mostly Behavorial questions and examples of things you've done in the past. It seemed very much like they want an type-A extrovert, not sure if it was just that team specifically that wanted that or if it is Under Armour in general.

      Interview

It took about two months to get the initial HR phone screening after submitting the application. Then 2 days later, HR helped set up the interview with the hiring manager. After the interview, it took two weeks to hear back that they find someone who is more experienced, but think I am a culturally fit for the company.

      Senior Financial Analyst Interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jul 2016

      Interview

I want to clarify that the actual experience onsite was pleasant. The reason that his experience is negative is because of the incredibly poor work done by the "Talent Acquisition Specialist". I had to find out from the friend who referred me that the role was internally filled (over a month after my interview). This talent acquisition specialist who demanded that I quickly and punctually respond to his requests repeatedly ignored emails both for prepping before the interview as well as after the interview to understand what next steps were. He "provided" me his number as well, even though he ignored any call I made, and prevented me from even leaving a message on his voicemail. I'm not sure what HR leader would teach or encourage this type of behavior, but that fact that I was told by my referral that, "I was worried I was going to have to tell you because sometimes our HR straight up doesn't let applicants know," is just sad. With that out of the way, I actually had a really pleasant experience onsite at Under Armour's Baltimore HQ. I had 5 interviews over the course of 4-5 hours, and met with mostly managers from across the finance organization as well as a member of the business unit I would have been supporting. Most of the questions were geared towards going through your experiences and classic "tell me about a time when".
