Series of three interviews. First was a group interview each individual was asked a different questions most of which were on glass door. I was excused after my first question and offered a second interview for my particular position. The other interviewees were asked to sell a product from the store.

The interview process had 3-steps with different managers. The store GM, a different store GM and the Area Manager. All of the questions had to do with getting to know you and asking about your experience. They also wanted to know what plans you had to improve the current operations process.
