I submitted an application and got called For an in store interview the next day not sure if I will have another interview or if I will get offer after the one.

I had 3 different interviews. First with the general manager and the Experience Manager. Second interview was with a manager from another store. Third interview was with the area manager.

The process was pretty simple. Apply online, i think i received a callback for an interview within a week or two. I interviewed with the new Regional manager, she was very nice. I felt the interview was more so personal than question structured. After the interview she mentioned i'd have to do a 2nd interview. maybe 2 weeks went by and i got the call from the other manager wanting to offer me a lower position of the PT Lead Cashier which isnt what i even applied for and was half the pay, considering I worked for the company prior in the lead position, she said they wanted to see "how I do". A total disrespect. I declined the offer. I wanted to give the location a chance bc of what most say and I was quite disappointed to be handled that way.
