Interview
I had a first interview with a recruiting manager over zoom. She asked about my store manager experience and what was the highest volume I managed. She also asked about a time that I had received negative feedback and how I responded.
Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
The Interview with district manager and then one other dm , one was in person and rte other virtually over the phone on teams. Each interview was about an hour
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
Three interviews, with three different people. 1st with recruiter, 2nd with DM, final with Regional. Each interviewer has a different segment to ask so the same questions aren’t being asked.
