I applied on their website and received a call just a day or two later. They asked me a little about my schedule and why I wanted to work there. I was then asked to come in for an interview and was offered a position.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
