Stressful lots of people and very hard work I do not recommend please stay home and reset it is better for u and you will be rewarded for your hard work

The interview process at the time had over the phone option or face to face. Due to circumstances at the time I had to opt for over the phone. I was asked about a time I had a disagreement with a manager and was also asked to role play a customer interaction.

Interview was average and typical of the interview process. They asked you situational questions and what would you do in those situations. Like customer service questions and group collaboration activities.
