Interview
The interview process is quick. You get called in and it is a group interview. Everyone answers the same questions about previous experience, leadership quality, conflict-resolution. and knowledge about beauty products. Lastly, there would be a test where you chose any beauty product of your choice and show how you would pitch it to a customer thinking of buying it.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
