I had the initial/general interview with one of the managers and then I had a 2nd interview with another manager 2 weeks later. They said that I would have a phone interview with the Clinique representaive within a week of this 2nd interview but that never happened and there was no communication about it. They still haven't officially told me if I got the offer or not and it has been over 6 months.

Interview
Interview consisted of questions based on my experience in the beauty industry and my ability to meet sales goals and building guest relationships. Easy interview, was offered the job a week later.
I was interviewed over the phone and in person and the process was rather seamless as the FE and GM both were careful on choosing me and giving me the chance to prove myself.

What is an example of going above and beyond in your last job experience?
Very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. Management seems to enjoy their jobs and all of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful as well.
