Super easy -
I was asked to tell the interviewer about myself, a personality match-up really.
We sat in a small office and had a conversation, they really just want to know that you can handle yourself and speak to people easily and professionally.
Show up wearing all black and great make-up & hair. This isn't required but why not look like you already work there?

Tell me about a time where things were very hectic in the workplace and how you handled it.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
