Super easy depending on the manager. Just got asked a few questions about the company and why beauty would be a good fit for me. As long as you maintain eye contact and sound professional you’ll be all good!
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
