I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Brick, NJ) in Aug 2018
Interview
Interviewer asked relevant questions, and let the candidate know what to expect if to receive the position. It was well organized, thoughtfully planned out, and very professional. It is a pretty easy position to fill, but you can tell they ask certain questions to see if you'll be the type of employee who can grow within the company.
