Tell me about a time you had to make difficult decision and what was the outcome.
Phone interview conducted with general manager. Thorough questions were asks such as why I felt I qualified for the job and what diversity and leadership opportunities I had experienced in previous jobs.

Interview
They called me a week after I applied for the position. When I showed up to the interview they said they already filled the position and tried to convince me for a merchandising role that I didn’t apply for. I thought that was unprofessional and the The GM’s first interview question was so how much do you want to get paid!? before I had a chance to introduce myself.
