Interview
First interview consists of a phone interview with a recruiter who works for ulta. The second interview is with the DM, and th third interview is with the regional.

Question 1
I wouldn't say difficult but an unexpected question was considering I have told what this job entails, do you feel you are capable of managing all this chaos?
Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
The Interview with district manager and then one other dm , one was in person and rte other virtually over the phone on teams. Each interview was about an hour

Interview
Three interviews, with three different people. 1st with recruiter, 2nd with DM, final with Regional. Each interviewer has a different segment to ask so the same questions aren’t being asked.
