Interview
Very simple. Go online to fill out application, although this part is quite lengthy. After that, you are called into a group interview, and then a 1-on-1 with the General Manager or Hiring Manager.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
