Really conversational and friendly interview process! I went into the location one time for the interview and was offered a position on the spot. I was interviewed by the general manager and the interview took about 45 minutes.

Q: What kind of retail/ customer service experience do you have?
Q: Why do you want to work for Ulta Beauty?
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
