Interview
I applied maybe 2 days before I got a call from the store co manager for an interview. I interviewed with the general manager. It went pretty smooth. I had did research on the company before the interview so I was prepared.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
