You have to take an assessment before the interview online, that took me over an hour. You also have to do 2 timed assessments before your interview in person. One was pattern recognition and the other one you needed to say if 2 numbers are matching or not. Not difficult at all.

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.

Then moved on to one of one interviews from different functions of the business.
