Very cumbersome... IF you are selected, you must take four skills tests prior to going to your actual interview, including a "Uline writing style" test to make sure apparently that you can convey a message correctly.. seems odd to test for that for a people leader, but their call.. Then when you get to the interview, you take two more timed tests. It appears that these tests weigh heavily on whether or not you are selected to proceed. Plus what I have learned is that if you apply for other positions that you are qualified for, they must be looking at these tests in your profile. Advice to others.. if you don't make it past the first initial interview and you have taken these tests, don't waste your time applying for other roles there, you'll get the automatic rejections within 48 hours of submitting.
