Very long and time consuming. Lots of pre interview tests for first round. If you make it to the second and final interview you have to do more pre interview tests. Additionally, when you show up onsite for the second round interview you have to do some in person tests before they start interviewing you. Then you'll be there for 4+ ish hours being interviewed by 5-6 people. Overall, I spent about 10 hours interviewing and taking pre interview tests. No other company's I applied to intern with did anything remotely as extensive as this. I honestly wouldn't waste your time with them. The pay wasn't great either. It was $20/hr at the time I was applied. You have to be onsite Monday-Friday. Very conservative company. All the people I engaged with during the interview process were respectful and polite.
