Interview
The interviews themselves were simple, but all of the surrounding requirements were tough. They ask for a lot of documentation, five references, every proof of residency you can possibly imagine. On top of that, they do a hair drug test (HAIR!) and that’s AFTER you accept the job.
Started with tests about sales that took a couple hours, and then once that was completed they followed up with a behavioral interview via phone call to screen candidates on their resume, experience and skill set.

Horrible Bosses, You're simply another number to cut off once they figure out they can save money by loading more work onto your coworker. Job security is not a thing you'd get here

You can't ask about the Job culture as that's "Not" work-related
Multiple steps with various interviewers and managers. Consists of completing a mind game accurately in order to move to the next step. The final assessment is a ride along with a current rep to see what the day entails.
