Interview
Pre-interview. 1 hour personality assessment. Then an email asking to come in for an interview. Get there and its a career fair where you are put in an open warehouse with fork lift machines running around and a bunch of other people, some sitting almost next to you interviewing at the same time. Really cheesy and unprofessional. You are asked to do 2 more tests before the interview even starts. Each test assesses your ability to scan similar or dissimilar numbers and pick the right ones. Then you are asked to do numbers cognitive test. After that some person comes in asks you about your most recent position and nothing more then shows you the door out of the warehouse saying we will be in touch. Again very poor interview process. The person that interviewed me, if you can call it that, was a junior sales person. Again pretty disrespectful.

I was only asked one question. which was. Tell me about your last position?
Started with tests about sales that took a couple hours, and then once that was completed they followed up with a behavioral interview via phone call to screen candidates on their resume, experience and skill set.

Horrible Bosses, You're simply another number to cut off once they figure out they can save money by loading more work onto your coworker. Job security is not a thing you'd get here

You can't ask about the Job culture as that's "Not" work-related
Multiple steps with various interviewers and managers. Consists of completing a mind game accurately in order to move to the next step. The final assessment is a ride along with a current rep to see what the day entails.
