Interview
I interviewed for a position with them last Fall. The recruiter was unfriendly, it was almost as if she was annoyed she had to interview me and worst of all she was in a rush so I could barley say everything I wanted to say without being cut off. Two days after my interview, I received an email stating the position has been filled but that I am encouraged to apply to any other positions that might seem of interest to me. Two lies, first of all the position was still listed on their website and other career sites (until this day even) and second I have applied to other positions and I get the same rejection e-mail back each time. It is as if they blacklist people they have interviewed already. Worst yet, the last position I applied to recently involved me taking a Microsoft Office test (which took hours to complete by the way), a typing test, and a business proofreading test on top of the assessments they already require and the two assessments you take before your interview. They had me take all those tests so I can get set up to interview again and guess what, they emailed me back saying the position has been "filled." Another lie. I will never apply here again and I wish anyone who attempts to apply with Uline the best of luck.

Interview
I had a phone interview and then was asked to conduct one in-person. Throughout the process, I took a multitude of tests that seemed quite outdated. After the interview, I was told I'd hear back within two weeks, which did not happen. I was not impressed by their hiring process and would not recommend it to others. The company policies seem quite outdated and unwilling to change.

"Tell me about yourself", past job experiences, etc...
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline (Iowa City, IA) in Oct 2023
Interview
During the interview, I confidently articulated my skills, aligning them with the company's vision. The panel's engaging questions allowed a meaningful exchange, fostering an optimistic anticipation for potential collaboration. I did well in the interview but did not get an offer.

Interview
Very time consuming process. Before meeting or speaking with anyone must take online personality tests and do a writing exercise. Upon arrival for in-person interview, more tests. This time numbers (logic). The dress code is very sexist. Women must wear a blazer if wearing slacks and must wear nylons with dresses during certain times of the year. Women cannot wear maxi dresses or maxi skirts! Men do not have to wear blazers!!! Cannot have any type of open back shoes (most of my dress shoes are fancy clogs that have open backs).

Question 1
HR screening interview in-person: Where to do you see yourself in 5 yrs? Really? Asked what type of money I was looking for. When I said didn't have enough information yet to answer the question, asked what I made at last job. Not very friendly interview.
