Before the interview you have to take some 4 assessment test online. When you get to the interview, there are 2 more math/number tests. The interviewer was very nice, polite, and attentive. The questions were pretty typical and general. In the end I did not make it to the 2nd interview. I did receive a courtesy email to inform me on their decision.

Interview
First, I took to written tests. They were similar to questions you would see on an IQ test. Then, I had a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager. She asked the typical questions.

Interview
Lots of questionnaires! An Access, Excel, and Word test online, a writing test, a myers briggs test, a SQL test, a writing speed test, a number series test, a number perception test, a time management test, and a spelling test.
It was daunting, and there were quite a few tests that had nothing directly related to my position, but they want very round people working at Uline. It is very time consuming, but very worth it to work at Uline!
