I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Uline (Waukegan, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
Tedious, stressful. There are a total of 4 tests, two 4 minute numbers tests and once you do well on those you get a spelling test and a typing test. It starts with a phone call to set up an interview (they do at least 2 a week) Once you get there you are placed with a group of people, some going for the same job, some aren't. In this group you will take the numbers tests. When those are completed you get called one by one and hope you did well enough on those tests to move forward. I got through the first interview and had to take 2 more tests on the computer. One was a spelling test and the other was a typing test. I then had a second interview with the Customer Service Manager. I found out in about a week that I didn't get the job.

Question 1
What kind of environment do you expect here at Uline?
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on

Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.

Interview
Very lengthy, back to back interviews, was there for 3 hours. They were very nice however I didn’t expect to be there as long as I was. There were 4 interviews I had to do.
