I've had to do six interviews for Uline, one which was two hours long. Then, the in-person interview consisted of three people on the team coming in to ask the same questions one after another. It felt repetitive and unproductive because they all could have been in the room at the same time. I also had an internal referral, so I thought something could work with the position. I was genuinely excited for this position, as I applied to Uline seven times before finally getting an interview. I got an automated rejection email. Since I took the time to do six assessments and come in for two in-person interviews, I feel like I deserved a personalized email, not an automated one. The interview process felt like a waste of time and resources. Uline constantly says they're hiring, so it hit hard seeing a rejection because of how much work I put into the application and interview.
