Interview
Interview process is ridiculous. Phone interview, personality test,skills test, in person interview with three different associates. The Company prides them self with being picky in their interview process but in reality a high school dropout could preform the work being asked of its employees.
make you fill out several tests, for a 2 min interview with a hiring manager, who already knows if hes gonna hire you or not without saying a word. very strange way of hiring people
Simple and easy! Prepare the general questions such as why choose to work for uline? I suggest researching the core values of the company and what its goals are. Good luck!

Interview
Quick and a lot of assessments. After the four assessments taken before there was an additional two when I arrived to the facility. Then it was a few questions for the interview but it was not as long as I thought it would be.
