Interview
I was interviewing for a management position. The process included a typical screening interview with recruiting and a brief introductory call with the hiring manager. It then proceeded to full, separate interviews with the hiring manager and a peer to the role being filled. After that I was invited to deliver a presentation to a panel of peers and directors and then a final discussion with the department VP. The recruiter kept me up to date throughout the process and I learned so much about the culture and the organization throughout the process. Although I wasn't ultimately offered the opportunity to join the team, I am taking away several aspects of the process to apply to my own hiring initiatives in my current role. All in all, it was a personal, engaging process and strengthened the appeal of their culture for me.

Interview
The interview process moved very quickly. Start to finish I had an offer in about a week. The recruitment team kept me apprised of updates and I never wondered "what is next". The technology used (virtual interview) was seamless. I met with the recruiter first and then the hiring manager(s).

They were interested in my previous experiences. We spent much of the interview speaking about work I had done and how that could be applied to the open position.

Interview
Received an email asking to schedule a phone interview with HR. Conducted the phone interview and was asked about availability for another phone screening with hiring manager. 2nd phone interview scheduled for the following afternoon, only to be emailed the next day to state the position was being revamped and moving under another unit. Saw the same exact position posted a week later.
