Merger challenges like any merger, and the culture in sales between Kronos and Ulti is the source of some friction.

Some of the best reasons to work at UKG include the people. I have never met so many great people all at once. People genuinely care for one another and the leadership team has been carefully selected to ensure they put their employees first. In addition, the company offers all sorts of resources to help with work-life balance and ensure you are taking care of yourself and family first.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any downsides of working at UKG. I guess perhaps like every job, you have to put in the work to see results, and with that come challenges and obstacles. I wouldn't call this a downside, but rather, opportunity for growth and improvement.

Pros

The main reason I can think of is the continuous effort the company brings to provide work-life balance. I have been here for almost 8 years and had the chance to see my daughters grow closely, move countries and spend quality time with my family, all while being part of an ever-growing business. It's not every company that would provide you with the support for the various situations life brings, and UKG is definitely one a kind in that regard. Alwaysd growing, with a clear mindset of becoming the One company in the HR/WFM space without losing sight of a very strong employee culture

Cons

The constant change in Product, Methodologies, Systems has created a sense of frustration in some areas that sometimes can lead to certain discussions/actions taking longer than needed.

Pros

I've been working at UKG for a little over two years and I must say, they have been the best two years of my career. Not only am I compensated for my efforts but I have never felt so supported by my managers, overall team and extended senior leadership. While UKG is about 15,000 strong, we have tightly knit Canadian sales team that I feel very connected to. I am very lucky to be a part of this amazing team and company. I work hard everyday so I can continue to earn my spot here. GREAT place to work.

Very few. We're treated exceptionally well here. Certainly a work hard play hard philosophy here which isn't for everyone but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love my coworkers and enjoy celebrating our wins together,

The merger has brought many pain points to previously seamless processes. The company is making changes to its org. chart every 2 quarters it seems.

Some of the most incredibly intelligent and talented people work here. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand and teach what they know. You never feel like you are alone when you need to solve a problem.

The merger between Kronos and Ultimate is a big one and there are still a few kinks that need to be worked out in terms of processes and software optimizations.
