Interview
I went through four interviews with various managers and a side by side with another consultant. The interviews were a combination of on site and over the phone. The consultant was more of a breakdown of the job to make sure it was something I really wanted to do. It took them a pretty long time to make a decision.

Question 1
Questions were pretty basic. They asked for examples of times i failed at something, succeeded at something, etc. They didn't have anything you wouldn't see at any other interview.
