The interview process was smooth - got initially contacted via email and then had 2 interviews - got the job shortly after! I have seen how others had to wait for a long time to hear back though , sometimes it takes along time to get your application reviewed and considered.

Wonderful...It was very easy and I truly enjoyed speaking with everybody. So they hired me. It was a long time ago. I am looking for new jobs now. I want it to be part time with a very awesome place just like UCLA where the employers actually count on you and without you nothing can be done.

Brief discussion with staff about background and expectations of the job. Staff get a feel for you as a person and employee. Coming with questions of your own is very helpful.
Interviewed with two people. Questions about handling deadlines since it was a grant funded project and how I handle myself working with physicians and confidentiality. Took about 3 weeks before job offer.
