Contacted 1 mo after applying for a 15 min interview. Didnt really get to ask questions d/t short interview time. One member of the panel (5 total) asked too many questions about high school, which was a first. was asked for references a few days later. was ghosted by HM.

Asked about future goals, overall experience, why this role?
I was dragged around through multiple interviews then ended up being ghosted. It takes weeks to even hear from a lab after applying online and when you schedule the interview, it's usually just behavioral questions. Overall, it feels like no one is hiring, looks like labs are just posting ghost jobs
