For the float pool the interview process consisted of one interview with the recruiter. If you are selected they will request references. It's a wonderful learning opportunity. Highly recommend for those looking to get started
A recruiter for UCLA reached out to set up a Zoom interview, went through the basic items like parking situation (PAID), basic responsibilities of the job & asked How did you maintain working relationship with coworkers- seemed to be very interested in how well the new person would get along with the current team - which is good IMO
